As you may have heard, Super Typhoon Haiyan has made landfall in the Philippines. It’s being reported as the strongest tropical typhoon to hit land in all of recorded history.

The good news is that, while we have not yet managed to make contact with our staff and farmers in the central region of the country, reports from the north and the south show that the storm has had little to no impact on those areas. 

We will undoubtedly have a lot of work to do after the storm has completely passed and news trickles in about the damage that was done. Please read our blog for the latest information about the storm, and everything we’ve done to make sure our farmers are prepared for extreme weather:
