Not so Happy First BP Oil Disaster Anniversary for the Gulf (Videos)

(3) Here is a account in eleven videos of the ongoing depredations and disasters in the Gulf of Mexico and along the Gulf Coast resulting from BP’s irresponsibility and criminality commencing late last April, 2010 (not to mention before) and ongoing to this day after the Deepwater Horizon exploded and sank and millions of gallons of oil, and then Corexit, were unleashed upon the Gulf, all this aided and abetted by local, state and federal/military officials. And some of these videos also tell us what the American people have to do to fight back and make things right.
Let’s set the tone right off the bat:

Republicans need a wake-up call, right now. They keep pushing for tax breaks for corporations while people like you are struggling to take care of your family. You’ve heard about these corporations:
• Exxon Mobil had $19 BILLION in profits in 2009 and didn’t pay any federal taxes
• Bank of America had $4.4 BILLION in profits last year and got a $1.9 BILLION refund from the IRS
• Chevron had $10 BILLION in profits in 2009 and got a refund of $19 million.
So, how’d you do with your taxes?
You’d think this would be bad enough, but Republicans also want to cut taxes on the wealthiest Americans like the Koch brothers and Donald Trump. Talk about greed.

Republicans are working against the American people by supporting these tax cuts. In a Washington Post-ABC News poll: 72% of Americans support raising taxes on income over $250,000. That’s right, a majority of Democrats, Independents, and even Republicans want taxes on the wealthy raised
