When Herod saw that he had been tricked…he sent and killed all the children two years and younger. Matthew 2:16 When the wise men tricked Herod many families had their children’s lives snatched because of the fear and hatred of this powerful leader.  ‘Tis the season to be jolly… That’s what most of us think. However, there are many around us who do not consider this a time of joy because of pain, loss and heartache.  Let us be mindful of those who struggle during this time of year.
