Terror of Bearing False Witness

Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!

Psalm 46:10

Have you ever sat quietly seeking the spirit of the Lord? If so, how long?  What was the hardest thing to do?  How long did it take to shut your thinking off, your daily agenda off and stop getting distracted by the bird flying out side? The scriptures teach us in Psalms 46:10 to “Be still and Know that I am God.” This passage implies that we have a hard time in being still and especially being still before God.
